Texas born and raised, I have consistently worked hard to maintain my roots given by my parents to uphold myself as a woman being multi-faceted in all aspects of life. Being a person of such a big family and seeing habits that started to fade over time, I try to maintain a holistic lifestyle instilling the mind body wellness from natural remedies as much as possible, which starts with listening to my body, and I am delighted each and every day I have the chance to provide this experience to others.
